My Buyer Program!

Marketing Real Estate today is not the same as it "used to be"!
Newspaper, magazine and other paper "print" media is NOT where Buyers look for Real Estate!
Think about it...where do you conveniently go to find detailed information on "just about anything" you are looking for!

THE INTERNET!

· PRINT ADS vs. INTERNET ·

A paper ad or print ad is limited in its features, is limited to a market where the media is circulated and it is unknown on how many people actually see it!  With specific internet sites, I can tell you how many times your property has been "put in front of" potential Buyers!  The higher number of potential Buyers see your property, the higher the odds are your property sells quicker and for a higher price!

You’ve heard of the
term BUYER AGENCY…
what should you look for when hiring
a buyer agent and what does this mean?

A Buyer’s Agent is a Realtor that is hired by the Buyer to represent the Buyer during the purchase of Real Estate. But be prepared to sign the Bottom Line…when a Realtor lists a Seller’s property, the Seller signs a contract and agrees to work exclusively with that Realtor for a stated time period and agrees to pay a fee upon performance of the fulfillment of criteria set forth in the listing agreement.  Upon hiring a Buyer Agent, the Buyer is signing an agreement to work exclusively with that Realtor for a specified time and the agent is monetarily compensated thru several options.  That Realtor—BUYER AGENT—is thus listing the Buyer as would a Seller’s house become listed. Make sure the Realtor you have chosen is the “right one for the job”!

What should you look for when hiring a BUYER’s AGENT?

1) Competence under the duties of Buyer Agency.

2) Always work with an agent that takes his/her profession seriously and  has chosen Real Estate to be their FULL TIME OCCUPATION and not a
secondary income source or something to toy with!

3) Do they fully understand all facets of the Real Estate business and the negotiation process so they can provide you with “the best service possible”.

4) Have they physically viewed the property they are representing you on!!!  I have seen this time and again where so called, Buyer Agents representing
their Buyer’s best interest, have never viewed the property and writes a purchase agreement without seeing what they’re selling…and Buyers accept
this!!  WHY??  How can you be fully represented by an Agent that hasn’t seen the property?
