I was told 2011 was going to be a rough year - it was - I worked harder...
• $4.9 Million in Closed Real Estate Transactions in 2011
• 52 Closed Real Estate Sides - average of one closed transaction per week
• Average Sales Price per Transaction - $95,055
• Only 10 of the 52 Sales were of foreclosed or short sale properties...just 19.23%
What an enjoyable way to end the year! Great People like the Blochers are why

Listed and Sold, Purchased and Closed all in just shy of 2 months!
January 6, 2012 Amy Blocher wrote a recommendation for RealEstate-MI on Facebook.
We have been in our new home for a week and have struggled in finding the correct words to express our deepest gratitude to our realtor, Spencer Pep Geisen.
In just over two months our home was sold and closed as was our new home bought and closed. During this time we truly had the pleasure of having Pep- not only by our side, but also effortlessly leading the way. Looking back, there were few phone calls or emails needed due to the fact of his precision in absolutely everything. All things were thoroughly explained and detailed with no stones left unturned leaving us with the utmost knowing that we truly were in the best of hands!
We find there are few people in the world who hold such a passion for their job over a paycheck, and a genuine concern and compassion over their own wants and needs. To know that we had Pep with these characteristics and many more was an enormous relief to us. As a businessman with qualities so astounding, we never for one moment questioned our choice nor will we in the future.
On any given day we smile because we know we were truly taken care of! If there were any questionable along the way, Pep was immediately, if not before hand, was on the phone while still watching and monitoring our each step.
What an absolute pleasure to work with him and just when you think the papers are signed and all is said and done, he once again steps beyond his duties to make sure all is right in your world.
To write a recommendation is simple, but to find the correct words are difficult because this is not only a realtor, but also your confidant, your fighter, and a man you can only hope stays a lifelong friend!!!!
