ATTENTION REAL ESTATE BUYERS!
Is is a misunderstanding of many Real Estate Buyers that you DO NOT NEED TO
CONTACT THE LISTING AGENT OR COMPANY to view the property you may have
the interest in purchasing! It is a common misunderstanding with Buyers that they feel
they need to call the company that has the property listed versus contacting the agent
they would prefer to work with or represent them on the purchase of that property as a
Buyer's Agent.
In the past year, I've been told several times that "I should have called you but I didn't
know that you could sell me that property". I can sell you any property listed in the State
of Michigan as any agent licensed in the State of Michigan can sell my listings. If you
have an agent that you have been working with looking at real estate, unless they have
not taking care of you well, contact that agent that has spent the time and effort with
you - they deserve your loyalty. If you are under a Buyer's Agency Agreement, you are
required to work with that agent unless your contractual agreement is mutually modified.
